How do I deposit money for wagering?

Why doesn’t my credit card work on your site?
Please check with your bank or credit card provider for online gambling restrictions. Also check if there are limits to cash advances, as these transactions are processed as such. Name and address must match the card you are trying to use.

How do I access HD Video?
To access live, streaming HD video: 

1. Log in to your Caesars Racebook Account

2. Select your Track

3. The Program view will appear in the center of your screen.

4. Click the video icon on the right-hand side of the Program header.

 

How can I watch Race Replays?
To watch a replay of a horse running today:

1. Log in to your Caesars Racebook account

2. Within the program view in the middle of your screen, click on a horse name

3. A new drop-down will appear.

4. Click the video icon under the Relay column to see that race replay.

 

To watch a past replay not associated with a horse running today:

1.        Log in to Caesars Racebook

2.        In the left navigation, select Results/Replays

3.        Choose from Today’s Racing or select a date in the past

 

Am I eligible for the Caesars Rewards loyalty program?

When you open a Caesars Racebook account, your existing Caesars Rewards number will be linked to your account when signing up for the Racebook app. If you did not already have a Caesars Rewards account, a new one will be created for you when you sign up for the Racebook app. If you have self-excluded or are banned, you will not earn Caesars Rewards.

How can I link my Caesars Rewards account number to my Racebook account?

If you have an existing Caesars Rewards number, it should automatically be linked to your Caesars Racebook account when you sign up. If this did not happen, please call our customer service team at 1-866-775-9880 and they'll link your Caesars Rewards account number to your Caesars Racebook account.

 

What are Tier Credits?

The Tier Credits you earn in a calendar year add up to your annual  Tier Score, which determines your Tier Status within Caesar Rewards. The more Tier Credits you earn, the more perks you get!

 

What are Reward Credits?

Reward Credits are earned based on your casino gaming, hotel, dining and entertainment activities at over 50 Caesars Rewards destinations. Now, Reward Credits can also be earned with Caesars Sportsbook and Racebook apps and most Caesars Sportsbook retail locations. Reward Credits are your comps to use for free play, hotel stays, dining, and more at all Caesars Rewards destinations and our network of Caesars Rewards partners.

How do I start earning Tier Credits and Reward Credits?
For every $3 you wager you will earn 1 Tier Credit and 1 Reward Credit.

When will my Tier Credits and Reward Credits  be deposited into my account?

Your Caesars Rewards balances will be updated within 36 hours of bet settlement.

 

How do I check my current Caesars Rewards balance?

When logged into your account, you can check your current Caesars Rewards balance by clicking the Menu and selecting “Caesars Rewards” in your left hand navigation panel.

 

Can I redeem my Rewards Credits for Free Race Play?

Yes, you can redeem your  Rewards Credits for free race play or use in the store under Menu > Caesars Rewards > Redeem.

 

Do Reward Credits expire?

Reward Credits are valid as long as the player obtains at least one Reward Credit every six months. If the player does not obtain any Reward Credits within any six-month period, the entire Reward Credit account balance will expire. 

 

Who do I call if I have a discrepancy with winning wagers that have not been credited to my account and the Caesars Rewards account associated with those winning bets?

Why can’t I log in with my Caesars Sportsbook credentials?

While Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars Racebook are both products under the Caesars umbrella, they are separate applications and require customers to sign in with credentials that are specific to each application.

Why can’t I wager money from my Caesars Sportsbook wallet in the Caesars Racebook app?

Similar to how you have separate login credentials between the Caesars Sportsbook and the Caesars Racebook applications, both apps have separate wallets. This means your money in the Caesars Sportsbook app can only be used in the Caesars Sportsbook app, and your money in the Caesars Racebook app can only be used in the Caesars Racebook app.

 

How do I withdraw money from my account?
Your wagering account is credited immediately after a winning wager becomes official. You can withdraw funds at any time. Withdrawal requests will be processed within five (5) business days after receipt of the withdrawal request and is subject to standard banking restrictions. You will be permitted to withdraw funds from your Caesars Racebook account to your personal checking account with electronic funds transfer if you have made at least one cleared deposit to your Caesars Racebook account using the same personal checking account. In addition, you may not withdraw any uncleared funds, although all winnings in excess of your uncleared funds amount may be withdrawn at any time.  Caesars Racebook does not currently charge for this service. However, Caesars Racebook reserves the right to charge a fee without prior notice. You will be notified of Caesars Racebook applicable transaction fees, if any, prior to confirming your withdrawal request.

How do I check my Caesars Rewards account balance?

Can I redeem Reward Credits from my Caesars Rewards account for wagering credits?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Watch for announcements about Caesars Rewards redemptions in the Caesars Racebook app.

 

Is it possible to cancel wagers?
Yes. If you make an error, you can go to your bet slip and select the Cancel Wager option to cancel your wager.

 

For Thoroughbred racing wagers, no wager over $500 in win, place, show pools on any betting entry and/or $50 on any one combination in daily double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, pick three, or other pools may be cancelled on the Internet. If this is the case, you must call 1-866-775-9880.

 

For Harness racing wagers, no wager over $100 in win, place, show pools on any betting entry and/or $50 on any one combination in daily double, exacta, quinella, trifecta, pick three or other pools may be cancelled on the Internet. Caesars Racebook management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation which may cause substantial altering of odds, prices, or betting totals, and will certify in writing, to a finding either allowing or rejecting such request.

 

Why can't I withdraw all my balance?
If you are trying to make a withdrawal and notice your entire balance is not withdrawable, it means that a certain amount has yet to clear. If you cannot withdraw your balance and it has been more than 7 days since you last made a deposit into your account, please call Customer Service at 1-866-775-9880 for further assistance.

 

How do I get my W2Gs?
In the left navigation select My Account then Transactions / W-2G and select the year. If unable to obtain this information online, email your request with year and date range to: [email protected]

 

What are IRS withholding rules?

How do I see my wagers placed on a previous date?
Select the My Bets in the left navigation and select your date range.

 

Do you pay full odds on all winning wagers?
Yes, Caesars Racebook pays full track odds on all winning wagers.

 

What type of handicapping information does Caesars Racebook offer?
Caesars Racebook has a complete online store where handicapping, past performances and tips can be purchased with account funds. Trackmaster Selections (as indicated by the thumbs-up symbol and comments on top three selections within the wager pad) are available for free on all North American tracks.

 

What happens to my bets if my horse is scratched?
Caesars Racebook follows the rules in the jurisdiction where the host track is located. Refunds will be issued or post-time favorites will be assigned in accordance with the host track’s policies for handling scratches. If you have already placed a wager that includes that horse, your ticket will be changed based on the rules at that track concerning scratches. Your ticket will usually either be cancelled or the scratched horse will be replaced with the current favorite for that race. The decision of the host track is final and it is ultimately the track’s discretion if a certain wager will be refunded or if a scratch warrants a post-time favorite or consolation payout. Additionally, if your ticket is cancelled, any Tier Credits that would have been earned are also cancelled.

 

General rules for scratches are as follows:

 

Single Race Wagers (Exacta/Quinella/Trifecta/Superfecta/Super-Hi-5/Win/Place/Show): All wagers on scratched horses are refunded.

 

Pick 4/Pick 5/Pick 6/Grand Slam: If your horse is scratched in ANY LEG, you will receive the post-time favorite, providing your wager is live going into the leg from which your horse is scratched.

 

Doubles/Pick 3 in Major circuits (NY, FL, KY CA, LA, NJ and others): If your horse is scratched BEFORE the first leg is run, you will receive a refund. If your wager is still live going into the second or third leg and your horse is scratched, you will receive a consolation payoff, providing your wager wins the other two legs.

 

Doubles/Pick 3 in other circuits (PA, AR, NM, TX, IL, MN, Canada, and others): If your horse is scratched in ANY LEG, you will receive the post-time favorite, providing your wager is live going into the leg from which your horse is scratched. If you already have the post-time favorite included in your wager and have more than one horse included in that leg (and one or more of your horses are scratched), you will receive the post-time favorite for each horse that is scratched.

 

These rules can change based on the tracks’ decision.
