GENERAL TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY:

1.    The Caesars Racebook 100% Deposit Match New Sign-Up Offer (the “Offer”) is available to all new, eligible Caesars Racebook customers beginning 12:00AM local time on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and ending on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. 2.     As used herein, “Caesars Racebook” means NYRA Bets, LLC dba Caesars Racebook.  The “Caesars” brand is used by Caesars Racebook pursuant to a license from American Wagering, Inc.

3.      To be eligible for this Offer, a potential new customer must:

a.     reside in a state where Caesars Racebook is legally available;

b.     be 21 or older to use Caesars Racebook; Caesars Racebook app is now available on iOS, Android, and Desktop in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

c.     use a valid promotion code, associated with your state of residence. upon registering for a new account. See #9 below for details; and

d.     must make Qualifying Deposit within 30 days of opening new account.

4.     Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5.     The following individuals are not eligible for this Offer:

a.     Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, either through a government program or by their own request; and

b.     Any other individuals prohibited by law from participating.

6.      In addition, eligibility for this Offer is limited to one person per family/household (identified via matching address, phone number or IP address).

7.     This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Offer are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities when required.

8.     Caesars Racebook may elect to discontinue this Offer to new account holders at any time in its discretion.

How to Participate:

9.     To be eligible for this Offer, register with code CZR150.

10.  For each new Caesars Racebook account holder, the offer period (“Offer Period”) begins on the date such account holder establishes a Caesars Racebook account and expires 30 days thereafter.

11.  To receive the deposit match (“Deposit Match”), the account holder must make an initial deposit using one of the available account funding methods before the end of the Offer Period (the “Qualifying Deposit”). Deposits made after the expiration of the Offer Period and any deposits made after the account holder’s initial deposit are not eligible for the Deposit Match.

12.  Account holders who make a Qualifying Deposit will receive a Deposit Match equal to 100% of the amount of their Qualifying Deposit after wagering through their initial deposit twice (2x), up to a maximum Deposit Match amount of $150. "Show" wagers will not count towards minimum wagering requirements.

13. The Deposit Match will be added to qualifying account holder’s Caesars Racebook account within forty-eight (48) hours of completing a successful Qualifying Wagers.

14.  Deposit Match is a non-withdrawable wagering credit. The Deposit Match amount may not be withdrawn/cashed out until the full value of the bonus is wagered one time, meaning that the account holder must place wagers on Caesars Racebook that add up to at least the amount of the bonus. “Show” wagers will not count towards these minimum wagering requirements.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

15.  An account holder’s Caesars Racebook account must be in good standing both at the time of accepting the Offer and the time at which the bonus is awarded.

16.  Account holders are responsible for payment of all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees arising from their use of Caesars Racebook or this Offer, as applicable.

17.  Caesars Racebook reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Offer, for any reason, with or without notice, at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Other restrictions may apply. 

18.   All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this Offer, including without limitation, eligibility for this Offer, lie solely with Caesars Racebook, whose decisions are final.

19.  Caesars Racebook may disqualify any account holder from receiving the bonus hereunder based upon account holder’s fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this Offer.

20.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither Caesars Racebook, American Wagering, Inc., nor any of their respective affiliates shall be liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from any use of the Offer or for any acts or omissions by any of their respective employees or representative, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer.

21.   Caesars Racebook is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars Racebook, account holders, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent an account holder’s ability to participate in the Offer.

22.   If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars Racebook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Offer, Caesars Racebook reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.

23.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars Racebook reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

24.   If, at any time, Caesars Racebook becomes aware that an account holder is attempting to use deception, partnering, or any other impermissible method, the matter will be investigated. If it is determined that an account holder attempted to earn the bonus improperly, such account holder’s wagering privileges will be revoked, and the bonus amount forfeited.

25.  Records related to the Offer will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
